BIM Coordination & Clash Detection
All elements – from lighting and plumbing to bespoke joinery – were digitally coordinated in advance to avoid errors and protect finishes.
Interior Design

Electrical & Mechanical Layouts
Smart-home systems, mood lighting, and underfloor heating were designed and planned directly in the model for flawless integration.
Digital Project Delivery
Progress, selections, and documentation were shared securely via our cloud dashboard, allowing the client to stay fully informed at all times.
6D Digital Handover
The client received a comprehensive digital pack with the as-built model, material data, and maintenance information for long-term asset management.
