Reltic Project is a London‑based consultancy that looks after building and renovation projects for private clients. With over 20 years’ experience in residential construction, we combine project management, cost advice and clear communication, so you can improve or build your home without having to manage builders yourself.

Budget protection
Your budget is protected from the first sketch to the final handover. You get a clear view of costs, plus checks of builder and supplier prices, changes and payments, so you see issues early and stay in control of spending.
Contract and paperwork
All contracts and paperwork are handled on your behalf from day one. You sign fair agreements while we manage wording, dates, changes and issues, so terms are followed and you remain fully protected throughout.

Working with your chosen architect and key consultants, we turn the brief into a realistic programme and budget for your London home renovation or new build. Options are set out in plain, measured language, so you can make decisions with confidence and without pressure.
Quietly managing the build
Once construction begins, we stay close to the site and even closer to the numbers. We select and oversee the builder and principal suppliers, monitor progress and contracts, and address issues early and discreetly – so your project remains under control and the experience feels composed, not chaotic.
