Our Conditions of Service are designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and compliance with UK legal standards.

All projects are carried out in accordance with local planning rules, permitted development rights, and UK Building Regulations. We guarantee that our architectural design, engineering, and construction processes follow professional standards and health and safety requirements.

Fixed-price agreements may be offered for selected projects, ensuring cost certainty for our clients. Any additional works outside the agreed scope will be subject to written approval. Timelines for delivery are agreed in advance and may be adjusted only in cases of unforeseen circumstances such as council delays or supply chain issues.

By commissioning Reltic, clients agree to cooperate with our team, provide access to the property as required, and obtain all relevant approvals unless otherwise managed by Reltic. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services where contractual obligations are not met.
