There are no hidden costs, no vague percentages. Just transparency, flexibility, and total clarity from the start.
You commit to one phase at a time, and if external consultants are required (such as a structural engineer or surveyor), they are invoiced separately – always with your approval.

Full payment upon appointment - Phase 1 – Concept Design & Planning
50% on appointment | 50% upon planning submission - Phase 2 – Technical Drawings & Tender Pack
50% on appointment | 50% before releasing final documents

Construction Payment Structure
We use a clear and trusted payment system throughout the construction process:
- 10% deposit on instruction (deducted from future valuations)
- 85% paid via monthly progress valuations
- 5% retention held until practical completion
- Final 2.5% released after a 6-month review period
