Our integrated Design & Build model is structured to provide exceptional value by eliminating common inefficiencies, ensuring meticulous upfront planning, and de-risking the construction phase. A Clear & Fair Payment Structure
We believe financial transparency is fundamental to a successful partnership. Our payment structure is straightforward and designed to be fair. Typically, our process is as follows:
- An initial deposit is taken upon instruction to secure the project start date and cover preliminary costs.
- Payments are then made via monthly valuations, meaning you only pay for the work that has been completed on-site in the preceding month.
- A 5% retention is held from each valuation. Half of this retention (2.5%) is released upon Practical Completion of the project. The final 2.5% is released at the end of the six-month defects liability period, ensuring you are completely satisfied with every detail.
Integrated Project Management
Every project is led by a dedicated Project Manager who serves as your single point of contact. They provide clear, consistent communication and are responsible for managing every aspect of the build, from scheduling trades and ordering materials to ensuring quality control. This provides a seamless, stress-free experience for you.

A Flawless Handover
- Before we officially complete the project, we conduct a thorough snagging inspection with you and the architect. We do not consider a project complete until you are 100% satisfied with every single detail.
Comprehensive Handover Pack
- Upon completion, you will receive a comprehensive handover pack. This includes all relevant certificates (for electrics, gas, building control), product warranties, and manuals for any new systems or appliances installed. This pack is an invaluable resource for the future management and maintenance of your home.
